Our program is committed to the wellness of our residents. We have created a wellness curriculum that highlights a different wellness topic each month to introduce various tools that foster resiliency and provide resources to protect against burnout.

Small Groups



Running club meets for drinks after a group run. Check out their Facebook page to learn more!

Our program has started resident led clubs with shared interests to help connect folks outside of the hospital. Example of these groups include:

  • Running 

  • Wine and Cheese

  • Gardening 

  • Cooking 

These groups continue to grow and if you don't see one that fits your interests, we encourage you to start your own! This is a great way to get connected with peers with similar interests- or learn a new hobby you've been wanting to try!
