The Division of Rheumatology faculty provides clinical services in rheumatology through UK HealthCare at the UK Chandler Hospital, Kentucky Children's Hospital, Kentucky Clinic. Outpatient services in the Kentucky Clinic are only provided to new patients through healthcare provider referral.
To set up an appointment, call the clinic at 859-323-6700. Once an appointment has been set up, providers can download, print and fax our Rheumatology Consult Form, and fax all medical records to 859-218-7511.
The Rheumatology Clinic treats the following disorders (but is not necessarily limited to):
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Scleroderma (Systemic Sclerosis)
- Sjögren's Syndrome
- Temporal or Giant Cell Arteritis and Polymyalgia Rheumatica
- Polymyalgia Rheumatica
- Granulomatosis with polyangiitis
- Polyarteritis Nodosa
- Ankylosing Spondylitis
- Psoriatic Arthritis
- Reactive Arthritis
- Arthritis associated with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis
- Behcet's Syndrome
- Takayasu's Arteritis and other forms of vasculitis
- Gout and Pseudogout

Hours: The clinic operates from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
